I. Terms of Service

1. Terms of Use

By accessing IMBGuru, you agree to these Terms and California law. Materials are protected by copyright/trademark law.

2. Business Information

Services are provided by LFAM Veteran LLC (dba IMBGuru), located at 4067 Hardwick St. Ste #425, Lakewood, CA 90712.

3. Service License

Permission is granted for temporary commercial B2B access. You may not reverse engineer, remove notations, or "mirror" content. License terminates automatically upon violation.

4. Payments, Billing, and Cancellation

  • Setup Fees: Full payment is due upfront unless a 50/50 payment structure is explicitly authorized by IMBGuru management prior to purchase. If authorized, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin, with the remaining 50% due upon the "Live" or "Delivery" milestone.

  • Recurring Fees: Monthly maintenance subscriptions renew automatically per California’s Automatic Renewal Law.

  • Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled online at-will via the user dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation must occur at least 3 days prior to the renewal date.

  • Fee Changes: IMBGuru will provide 30 days' notice for any changes to recurring subscription fees.

5. Disclaimer, Limitations, and Indemnification

  • "As Is": Services provided without warranties of merchantability or fitness.

  • Liability Cap: Limited to the total amount paid by the client in the preceding three months.

  • Compliance: The Client is solely responsible for complying with all local, county, state, and federal laws related to their business operations and use of IMBGuru services.

  • Indemnification: Client agrees to indemnify LFAM Veteran LLC against claims arising from client's use of AI tools to violate laws or third-party rights.

6. Governing Law

Governed by California law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Los Angeles County, California.

II. Refund Policy

1. Incomplete Orders

Refunds are available only for orders that have not been initiated or "unblocked."

2. Completed Work

Once setup has commenced or the "Building" phase has started, the initial 50% deposit (or the first 50% of a full upfront payment) is considered earned and is non-refundable.

3. Final Payments

Once the project is marked "Live" or delivered, the final 50% payment is considered earned and non-refundable.

4. Subscription Fees

Monthly maintenance and recurring SaaS fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. As stated in the Terms of Service, cancellation must be submitted at least 3 days prior to the renewal date to prevent the next charge.

III. Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection and Use

We collect names, emails, and phone numbers for B2B services via lawful means. We do not sell your personal information.

2. California Privacy Rights (2026 Standards)

  • AI Opt-Out: Right to opt-out of Automated Decision-Making Technology (ADMT) for significant decisions.

  • GPC: We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out.

  • Non-Retaliation: We will not discriminate against users exercising these rights.

  • Response Time: Verified requests are handled within 45 days.

3. Data Sharing and SMS Privacy

  • Third-Party Sharing: Data is shared only with service providers (Stripe, etc.) to facilitate services.

  • SMS Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Retention, Security, and Children

Data is retained only for legal/tax obligations and protected by commercially acceptable security. Services are for users 18+; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

IV. Cookie Policy

1. Usage

Providing contact details constitutes express written consent for automated B2B communications.

  • Standard: Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Terms: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Opt-Out: Text STOP to cancel SMS at any time. Click "Unsubscribe" in any email.
